You can work out in the comfort of your own home.

I can bring a portable gym: weights, steps, ropes, tensioners, mats and rollers.

I’ll advise you on what else you need and show you how to use everything safely, in the right amount and how often.

I’ll set you up with a programme that matches your goals.

Company Visits

We can focus on you and your work conveniently in your workplace.

I can provide programmes for you individually, or as a team building exercise.

Corporate health and fitness awareness is beneficial to the business and how management and staff interact.

Outdoor Training

Weather permitting, many of my clients prefer to train outside, ie in a park or in the comfort of their own home environment.

Post-Surgery / Accident Recovery

It’s no fun being laid up, bedridden or chair bound; I’ve been there myself.

But meaningful workouts are possible with limited mobility.

It’s about using smart movements in small steps to soften scar tissue, flex joints and strengthen sleeping muscles.

We can work together gradually and regularly to help your recovery.

Diet And Nutrition
Advice

Changing your diet does not mean dieting.

You can still eat what you love and improve energy, mood and mental awareness. It’s a matter of knowing what to eat when, and what foods are better consumed apart.

With a beneficial tweak to your diet, you will notice a difference and your body will thank you.

Ongoing Telephone / Skype Advice

We can work one on one and face to face, for a long as you need me, but I’ll continue to work with you after.

Sometimes a call or Skype chat is all that’s needed to keep you on track and answer your lifestyle concerns.
