SEMI PRIVATE TRAINING

Semi private training can be a great way to share the cost with a friend or 2.

This can be really fun and motivating, working out in a small group with friendly competition getting fit and into shape (health is your wealth).

As your coach, I will keep you accountable keeping the workouts fresh and challenging.

Semi -private training is capped at 4 clients per session. Sessions can take place at a studio facility or in the comfort of your home or workplace environment.

  • Weekly body stats assessments
  • Half hour weekly group Zoom calls accountability and questions
  • Cash prize after 12 week coaching for most inch and fat loss
  • Minimum 12 weeks commitment 1 hour per session

It’s important that we have an informal consultation prior to working together so we can discuss exactly what it is you are looking to achieve. We ask each other questions and then you can decide if this will work for you.

We then arrange an initial face-to-face assessment meeting where we will also agree the basis on which we will work together.
