I am an independent mobile trainer that can train you at the park or at the comfort of your own home or office space in person or online across Surrey and I am also available at a number of private studios based in Surrey.

What do I charge for lifestyle consulting?

I don’t like to pre-package anyone. So let’s discuss what you need, how often and in what environment.

I’ll work out a program and fee basis that’s personalised for you. Journey’s change and destinations too. So we’ll start on with a plan that makes sense at the outset and revise it as necessary, so you feel everything is totally flexible.

What happens in the initial consultation?

We arrange a telephone or skype call or, if you prefer, we can meet in person. I will ask you non-intrusive questions that tell me what you need. Of course, I’m happy to answer any questions you may have.

Feel free to open up because the more I know, the more useful I can be. We can always talk more and tweak the program in our one-to-one sessions. But this first chat identifies the start line.

Is there a minimum time commitment for working with me?

No, but remember, Rome wasn’t built in a day. I will provide you with a realistic assessment of what time you should allocate to the goals we set together.

Do I have a premises you can visit?

Yes. Due to an increasing number of clients, I’m in the process of acquiring a premises for personal fitness instruction and lifestyle coaching.

I have never been a gym member or used fitness machine. Where do I start?

You don’t need any experience to start. I gladly work with beginners as well as athletes and ‘gym bunnies’ of all ages and at their pace.

I’ll introduce you to all sorts of exercises and educate you on how to maintain a fitter lifestyle at the same time.

 

Do you have insurance and certifications?

Yes, please ask. I’ve invested a lot in doing what I love and have the certifications.
